Looking for cook, and assistant cook to assist the head chef in the kitchen.

Job Description:
- Assists the head chef in preparing and cooking the food
- Assists the head chef in day to day kitchen operations.
- Ensure that all food safety and consistency issues are being controlled.
- Responsible for maintaining the equipment. And generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew.

Job Requirements:
Able to communicate in English
Ability to execute the recipes from the head chef
Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control
Prepare and produce high quality food (taste and appearance)
To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
To ensure knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel.
